Low Profile Flat Top Weight Carriage Steel Deck
Load cells and suspension are located on the outside of the load receiving platform to protect from corrosive elements. All load cell cables are totally enclosed in conduit and protected. Single link suspensions at each cell, center loaded for greater accuracy. Standard model has steel deck design. Single module lengths are available in 12', 20', 25', and 30'. NTEP approved with guaranteed accuracy.

Portable Axle Scales
Removable 10' X 10' steel deck for cleaning and maintenance, 30 ton capacity, and 5 3/4" tall. All components NTEP approved. Scale assembly can be set on any adequate soil with gravel or asphalt approaches installed. No concrete foundation required. This scale has completely automatic operation. It will weigh each axle as it is positioned on the axle scale platform and will print each axle weight, then print out a total weight for the entire vehicle after it has left the platform. Operational traffic signals or outputs are available for unmanned operation.
Flat Top Small Vehicle Scale
All above ground construction and a low profile design allows for fast, efficient installation. A cost-effective alternative to the construction of pit-type scales. The benfits of a flat top scale include ground level maintenance, durable steel construction, fast and efficient construction, NTEP approved accuracy. Weight capacities are from 5 to 10 tons. Lengths are from 10' to 20'. The flat top low profile scale can be supplied with a variety of electronic digital indicators and printers.
